1 RESIDENCES BY WASL ASSET MANAGEMENT GROUP1 Residences is a new high-rise residential complex from the developer wasl Asset Management Group, which is located in the Al Kifaf area on the border of old and new Dubai.

The project has become part of the popular Wasl1 community, located a few steps from the famous Zabeel Park. Project 1 Residences consists of two 43-storey towers connected at the podium and upper floors. The facades of the buildings sparkling in the sun will feature a combination of composite aluminum cladding and double glass in aluminum frames.
